Families is a twelve-hour course that focuses on family relationships and gives people strategies in parenting as well as skills to deal with conflict and build honest, supportive relationships with those close to them.
Families is run regularly from our community centres and in response to requests from other centres and institutions.

Tuning In To Teens is a universal parenting program for parents of children aged 10+ years. The program aims to increase parent-child connection by improving emotional communication in the family.
