What we

Do

At Fusion Sydney South, our team of skilled youth and community workers is passionate about supporting and empowering local young people to reach their full potential and find their purpose in the world.

Based at the Rangiora property in Campsie, all our programs and activities are shaped by the belief that every person matters and has a unique contribution to make to the world. If we can together create supportive communities and provide young people with the skills and awareness they need, they will be empowered to find their purpose and thrive.

Supporting
Young People

At Fusion Sydney South, our team is committed to mentoring and encouraging young people to step beyond what they know of themselves, to achieve their full potential and find their purpose in life.

The team of highly qualified and passionate youth workers is continually developing and evolving our range of programs to stay ahead of the issues impacting our young people and communities.

RangioraHouse

Fusion’s Rangiora House in the heart of Campsie provides accommodation and community for young people over 18 years of age who are working or studying in Sydney.

Operating from the philosophy that every person has a fundamental need for community and purpose, the household is a safe space for all, welcome to others and connected into the wider community.

Fusion Community Builder
Award

We’re passionate about championing the next generation and the Fusion Community Builder Award celebrates the young people who are doing what it takes to make a difference now and in the future.

Supporting Families

We believe that with the support of a community, families can be places of nurture, encouragement, and growth for the next generation. We’re committed to empowering and supporting parents and carers by providing them with resources and training to help them create the family life they long for.

Fusion
Breakfast Club

This school-based initiative provides not only nourishment for students, but also healthy connection and engagement with committed adults at the start of the day.

Staffed by volunteers and Fusion youth workers, Breakfast Clubs make a real and lasting difference in the culture of the school and the lives of the students.
